Every Arabic-English legal translation I prepare carries my signature and stamp.

The finished translation is issued on Al Qemma Legal Translation letterhead with my handwritten signature and stamp. I do the translation and checking myself.

  • The output is agreed before I start.

Tell me any delivery or submission instructions you’ve been given. I’ll confirm the format and delivery arrangements for your job before work begins.

  • Questions come back to me.

Questions about the translation come straight to me. If you find an error in my work, I’ll review it and correct it.

My work covers translation. You would need to arrange legal advice, drafting, representation, notarisation, attestation or document registration separately.

A sample of my translation layout is available on request. Standard delivery is a stamped, signed PDF, plus a stamped hard copy when the recipient needs an original.

Your translator

Hi, I’m Mohamed. I translate your document myself.

The number on this site comes to me directly. Start by describing the job. Once I’ve reviewed the complete document, I’ll confirm the price and delivery date. I prepare, sign and stamp the Arabic-English translation myself.

Some law firms and companies send me work regularly. When we’ve worked together before, I know the terminology they prefer.

You’ll see the name AL QEMMA LEGAL TRANSLATION on my stamp and invoices. This is the personal website of Mohamed Khaled, UAE Ministry of Justice legal translator No. 688 (Arabic-English). Translation services are provided through AL QEMMA LEGAL TRANSLATION, a sole establishment holding Dubai professional licence No. 876257. Mohamed's MOJ registration and the establishment's business licence are separate records.

  • One person, start to finish

The person who quotes is the person who translates and answers your questions afterwards.

  • Mistakes fixed free

If something in my translation is wrong, I correct it at no charge.

  • Regular work welcome

Monthly invoicing against purchase orders for firms and companies.

How to send your document, and how fast you get it back

Four steps, most of them on WhatsApp.

  1. Describe your document

Start with a description of the document, its language direction and where it will be used. An approximate page count and your deadline help too. Please don’t send sensitive files in your first message.

  2. Get a fixed quote

I reply with the price and the delivery date. Nothing starts until you agree.

  3. I translate and check

Before signing and stamping, I check the translation against the original, including names and reference details.

  4. Collect or receive

Stamped PDF by WhatsApp or email, plus a hard copy from my Business Bay office if needed.

How fast?

For most jobs, allow at least two working days. I’ll confirm the delivery date before you pay.

I don’t take same-day urgent work. Need it sooner? See below.

Questions about legal translation in Dubai

Here are my answers to questions I hear before a job begins.

Which documents do you translate?

I translate birth, marriage, divorce and degree certificates, as well as police reports, court judgments, powers of attorney, contracts, MOAs, trade licences and company documents. I also handle property documents. See my legal translation page.

Will the recipient accept my translation?

The receiving organisation decides whether to accept a translation. Tell me who will receive it and whether they have given you any instructions. I’m registered personally with the UAE Ministry of Justice under No. 688 for Arabic-English translation, which you can check through the public translator search.

How quickly can you finish a translation?

Every job needs at least two business days, with Saturday and Sunday excluded. I don’t take same-day urgent work. I confirm the delivery date with your quote after reviewing the complete document. See how I work.

How much will my translation cost?

The cost depends on the document and its length. After you describe the job, I’ll arrange to review the complete material and give you a fixed quote before starting.

How do I start a translation job?

Tell me what the document is, the languages involved, its approximate length, where it will be used and your deadline. Please leave sensitive files out of your first message. Once I understand the request, we’ll agree how to share the material for review.

Do I have to come to your office?

No. You can start by messaging me. If you need a stamped hard copy, you can collect it by appointment from The Exchange Tower, Business Bay. Courier delivery is available on request.

What will you deliver?

For my Arabic-English translations, I sign and stamp the finished work and normally deliver a PDF by WhatsApp or email. My stamp shows my name and MOJ registration number. I can provide a stamped hard copy when an original is needed.

Do I need MOFA attestation or legalisation?

That depends on the document and the recipient’s requirements. Documents issued abroad usually need attestation in the issuing country and by the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Some recipients also require translation attestation. I can explain what I usually see, but I don’t handle attestation myself. Read more about attestation.

Can you arrange translation into other languages?

An MOJ-registered translator in my network handles other language pairs. I tell you their full name and registration number before we start and include those details with delivery. See my languages page.

Do you offer interpreting in Dubai?

Yes. I attend interpreting jobs in Dubai in person, including meetings, contract signings, notary appointments and authority appointments. Bookings have a minimum of two hours. I quote travel outside Dubai separately. See interpreting services.

What happens if the translation contains an error?

I review any suspected mistake and correct errors in my own translation free of charge. If the source document changes or you give me new instructions, I quote that work separately.

How do you protect my documents?

I treat your documents as confidential. My small admin team assists under my supervision, and a named MOJ-registered translator works on other language pairs. Documents are deleted 90 days after delivery unless you ask otherwise. Read my privacy policy.
